sex, sushi and cigarettes

I like movies and sometimes I hate them. I want the world to be a better place but am sometimes astounded at how people are going about it. I'm interested in women, but don't get why the media still devotes more column inches to what celeb wives are wearing than what these won't have DONE for anyone. I like sushi, but don't understand why people need to see it rotate, and why the rotation is more of a feature than the food. I agree that smoking is a nasty habit, but don't get why since its banned in public the letters pages of newspapers are increasingly full of bile about smoking from people who are no longer effected by it. Hence he title of this blog, its a bits of stuff place, it's from gum under the shoe to grafittied billboards. I love many shows, movies and adverts, but I get confused by a lot of stuff. A world of neon archways while we are being told to not waste electricity, a world of protest against size 0 models, but still twenty mags a week commenting on celebrity diets and how much this star has lost or gained. I don't get it, none of it. Sometimes it's funny. Sometimes its sad. Sometimes I'm just very confused. Sex, Sushi and cigarettes is all of that.
